Refund and Return Policy

VM Style needs to be advised of all returns within 7 days after receipt of goods. The provision of goods and services by VM Style is subject to availability. In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling, a product is faulty or defective from supplier may occur resulting in refunds. We will refund a client in full within 30 Days.

All returns will be at the cost of the customer and the customer is responsible for returning the parcel using their own courier. VM Style shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out from a return not being delivered to us.

Items need to be returned:

  • Original proof of invoice is presented
  • The merchandise is in its original or the same condition and packaging.
  • The merchandise has not been worn or used
  • The price ( swing ) ticket and labels are attached to the merchandise or packaging
  • In original packaging with the original invoice.
  • Always retain a copy of the invoice / order at all times.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days of being received by VM Style. VM Style ensures that all products are of high quality when they are shipped to customers. Should it happen that your item is defective, it can be returned in line with the terms and conditions of the company policies for inspection. If the items are found to be defective, you will be entitled to:

  • A full refund
  • Product being repaired or replaced at the expense of VM Style
  • Please note: the decision on repairing or replacing the items depends on the availability and other relevant circumstances

Should the product not be defective you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. The items will be returned to you and the cost of the return to the customer and the delivery back to you will be for your account. Please note that the following are the primary reasons for the rejection of a claim. The list includes but is not limited to:

  • Normal wear & tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect use of the product
  • Damage caused by incorrect care of the product
  • Any repairs or changes made to the product not authorized by VM Style

Replacements:

Replacement items will be sent to you provided stock is available. Should it happen that we are out of stock, then you will be contacted by Customer Services, and an alternative product will be recommended.

Refunds:

  • All refunds will be processed within 10 days of the returned item being cleared by customer services
  • Refunds will be processed back to the form of (EFT) or card payment
  • Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable
  • There will strictly be NO REFUNDS on SALE items

Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled if the stock has not been dispatched. Once the stock has left with the courier, we are not able to accept a cancellation.

Receiving parcels:

All parcels will need to be signed from the customer that has ordered the goods and not a third party. Should the third party sign for a parcel, VM Style will not be liable for any loss and damage of the parcel. We strongly urge all customers to personally accept their parcels to avoid this. Should a third party sign for the parcel, VM Style will not be liable in this case with regards to the customer not receiving the product.
